Welcome to Marcel :) The space This is Marcel. We designed Marcel, to give unparalleled luxuries to you for your stay in the Ft Walton Beach/ Destin/ Navarre area. Home to The Emerald Coast, the world’s most beautiful fluffy white sand and Teal waters. Check out our IG - @marcelfwb for more videos and pictures of the property :) This home provides quick access to the beach and of course our private, cozy, pool in the back of the property. Most of our guests mention how much they enjoy the front yard and front patio for added relaxation. Inside the home we boast 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Each of our 7 mattresses (4 King, 3 Queen) are high-end and Tempurpedic, guaranteed to provide the deepest, most rejuvenating sleep of your life. There are two bedrooms down stairs which each have king mattresses in them! Then there two more bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom upstairs has three queen beds and the other bedroom has two king beds. Our living room offers a Celebrity light up wall for pictures, and West Elm/ Crate & Barrel Sectionals and furniture are professionally placed throughout to approve the modern design you seek. There are 4 Smart TVs in the home (65, 55, 55, and 50Inch) to give you space to watch the game or your favorite shows. Additionally our kitchen is stocked and ready to offer you a full dining experience! I suggest spending your day out at the beach and then coming back to enjoy this cozy home! Whether making yourself a meal to enjoy, lying on the comfy sofas or just chilling by the fire pit at night, you are sure to take in the real vacation vibes here at Marcel! Congratulate yourself, most people don’t treat themselves like this! Guest access The entire home is yours when you book! There is room for up to 5 cars as long as one goes in the garage. Entering the home will be made very easy, we will provide a numbered code for you to use at the front door and garage. Enjoy! Other things to note This is not a party house! We do not allow music to be played outside beyond a low volume. Cars may not be parked in the street. We have room in the garage for one car and room under the carport and in the driveway. Volume will be monitored and if additional people will be at the home you must make the host aware beforehand. Damage to the property or furniture will be at your own expense per Airbnb policy. No wet clothes whatsoever allowed on couches. There is an outside shower that can be used before getting in the pool. Do not bring sand or glass inside the pool. Please keep the home as clean as possible and volume levels low so that we do not disturb the neighbors. Please do not book the property if you intend to be loud or have additional people over. ***There is no guarantee that there will be propane in the tank for the fire pit. However there is a Lowes and gas station just 2 minutes from the house for 19.99$ to refill, if it’s not full.)** *** We all know what can clog drains! Please do not flush anything down the drains in the bathrooms or kitchen! You will be liable if issues come about from your stay. Let all guests know about this if you book. **
