Stay at Gut Pronstorf

This special accommodation in the house from 1889 is located in the picturesque and idyllic village of Pronstorf. Nestled amidst dreamlike landscapes, lakes and the Baltic Sea, surrounded by art and culture. The Baltic Sea can be reached in 20 minutes. The Hanseatic city of Lübeck is about 15 minutes away, the Karl May Festival 15 minutes away. The Hanseatic cities of Hamburg and Kiel are each about 1 hour drive away. Bike tours and long walks along the immediately accessible Warder Lake are also beautiful! The space This enchanting house from 1878 is a beautiful hideaway in all seasons. The house has its own entrance next to the adjoining parking lot. The rooms are bright and inviting. A wooden staircase in the living room leads to the 1st floor, where the floor with the exposed old beams and slopes is incredibly cozy. A first bedroom is equipped with a very exclusive American Dream bed with the dimensions 160 x 200 cm. The adjoining bathroom, with a bathtub under the slope, a spacious new English-style shower, two sinks and underfloor heating. Half a staircase leads to the larger and second bedroom, which is also equipped with an exclusive American Dream mattress, measuring 180 x 200 cm. The third small bedroom is accessible on the ground floor from the living room, decorated as a daybed and equipped with a mattress of 90 x 200 cm. On request, the second small newly equipped shower room on the ground floor can be booked when using the extra bedroom. A sleeping option for a 6th person can also be added in the living room (the art room) on request and would be identical to the daybed in the small ground floor bedroom, also with the dimensions 90 x 200 cm. The large garden is accessible from the living room and is a paradise - a feast for the eyes at any time of the year. The fireplace in the living room also underlines the cozy atmosphere of the entire house when used in the cold season. Firewood can be booked on request. A refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine are available. On request and by prior arrangement, a morning breakfast service and/or evening Mediterranean cuisine can also be booked. I also offer painting classes / art workshops, which I give in my studio next door. In the case of extended residence, intermediate cleaning can also be arranged, which is priced according to the effort and agreement. Guest access The house has its own entrance and is therefore completely accessible by car. A parking space is right next to the house. Other things to note The house does not have a kitchen. However, a kettle, coffee maker and refrigerator are provided. Breakfast can be booked very gladly and according to individual wishes, which I highly recommend - a set table awaits you with the most delicious baked goods and treats! It is important to know that the huge garden property is also used by me, my 4 dogs and the cat. However, it can be discussed individually by arrangement, so there should be no fear of contact with the four-legged friends.
