The space Casa Buena Suerte is in the small enclave of Buena Vista, located on the quiet Juluapan Peninsula. It is surrounded by lush, tropical gardens and stunning views to the Ocean at the Santiago Bay, the mountains, and the incredible vegetation of the area. You will enjoy beautiful sunrises from your poolside deck and spectacular sunsets from the upper deck. You will watch the activity of La Boquita beach, see fisherman bring in their catch, and might even see a whale or two frolicking in the bay! Casa Buena Suerte features three spacious bedroom suites, two of which are complete with luxurious king-size bed beds with high-end linens, large ensuites, private balconies, and walk-in closets. The third bedroom has the same features, with the option of either four single beds or one king and two singles. Two work locations are also featured. There are two half baths, a powder room near the main entrance, and a pool side bathroom so that you don’t have to track water through the house. Top that off with a Cantera waterfall shower for washing the sand off when you have returned from the beach or simply to treat yourself and engulf your senses. The home showcases exquisite taste from its custom-made contemporary furniture, Mexican and international art, and chef’s kitchen complete with gas stovetop and double convection ovens. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon libation on one of the decks and watch a flock of parrots, ibis, and many other exotic birds fly by so close that you can almost touch them. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and property. There is private parking in the driveway. Maid service is provided once a week, gardener and pool service are provided twice a week, which is included in the rental rate.
