This delightful retreat is fully equipped to meet all your needs, whether you're here for a short getaway or a longer stay Note: The clubhouse remains closed every Tuesday as part of its weekly schedule. The space Comfortable Living Space, Fully Equipped Kitchen,Cozy Bedroom attached with clean Bathroom and peaceful Balcony. The Apartment is situated on 4th floor and balcony facing towards MCA cricket stadium. We have a power backup system in place to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay. If your reservation is for 3 guests so Just for fyi,the apartment has one queen-size bed in the master bedroom and one single bed near the kitchen, behind the main gate door. Sofa is not sofa cum bed Guest access Guests can obtain a day pass for Rs. 250 per person, granting access to all amenities, swimming pool, golf course view ,Gym, Lake view, indoor games, and Boating, horse riding. There are separate charges for playing golf . Other things to note The apartment has one queen-size bed in the master bedroom and one single bed near the kitchen, behind the main gate door.Sofa is not sofa cum bed. we got sudden issue in washing machine,it is not operational temporarily. For long-term bookings, we provide cleaning services every alternate day. If you require daily cleaning, an additional fee of Rs. 250 per day will apply. ********************************************** 🗑️ Trash Disposal Instructions (Please Read Carefully): 🛍️ A garbage bag is provided under the kitchen sink. 🚪 Kindly place the trash outside the apartment door between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM for collection. 🎉❌ Any kind of party is not allowed at the property Please Use Power Backup Wisely During power outages, we request you to conserve electricity so everyone can benefit from the backup supply. Kindly follow these guidelines: 1. Avoid using high-power appliances: -Do not use the washing machine -Avoid using washroom exhaust fans if not in use. 2. Save energy wherever possible: -Switch off extra lights and fans -Turn off the TV/AC when not in use **********Club House Details********** 🏛️ Clubhouse Access – ₹250/day per person (Pass valid 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM – one-day only) During your time here, you can enjoy world class amenities: ⭐ A *well-equipped gym* for all your fitness needs ⭐Refreshing *swimming pools* ⭐ An expansive *golf course* and Stunning *lake views* ⭐ *Boating* activities on the lake. ⭐ *Kids play areas* for the little ones. ⭐ Numerous *indoor games* for entertainment. ⭐ An on-site *restaurant* with a variety of delicious options. ⭐ A cozy *lounge area* for relaxation. ⭐ A *luxurious spa* to unwind and rejuvenate.(Under Maintenance) Club House resturant timings* Breakfast: 8:00 am to 11:00 am Lunch: 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm Dinner: 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm Boating time - starts from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM Swimming pool - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM Horse Riding - 10 :00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM ➡️Indoor games and other all amenities accessible as per clubhouse timings ➡️ For playing at the pool table, please inform me, so I can book the slot online for you. ➡️Spa details will be shared upon request. ➡️Wearing a swimming costume and cap is mandatory for using the swimming pool. ➡️Kindly maintain decorum in the clubhouse and respect all the rules in place. ➡️The clubhouse will remain closed every Tuesday for cleaning and maintenance. ➡️Boating Availability is subject to weather conditions, Please confirm in advance before planning or reserving. ***The clubhouse access fee is ₹250 per person per day. Passes can only be issued by me, so there is no need to check with anyone else, including the reception. Please ensure payment before use.*** ******************************************** We would like to inform you that the apartment's kitchen is equipped with all the basic cooking utensils for your convenience. However, please note that groceries, including dairy items, are not provided.
