Stay in a small village on a farm (wine and olive oil production), next to the vineyard and centuries-old olive trees, with all amenities (air conditioning). On two levels with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, washing machine and large terrace. The pool is just a few meters away in the garden. A work space is also available. The space Very bright: from the rooms you can see Lake Trasimeno, while the terrace overlooks the village square and the olive grove. Among the centuries-old trees, the swimming pool is available for guests. Guest access The terrace is for the exclusive use of the apartment and constitutes its access. Other things to note The house is inside the Montemelino Organic Farm. We produce excellent wines and olive oil: we always offer a visit to the company and a tasting to our guests.
