Welcome to the Downtown Flat at Creekside, brought to you by Camp Potomac Peak! Located in the heart of downtown Berkeley Springs, take a walk to the park, grab some food--or a beer at the local brewery, and then relax back at your upstairs oasis--complete with cedar barrel sauna, and two outdoor decks to take it all in. The space The Downtown Flat is located right in the heart of Berkeley Springs. Within walking distance is Berkeley Springs State Park--with its famous natural springs, historic bathhouse, multiple spas, and cute, independent restaurants and shops. Walk up a set of stairs on to the covered front porch, and you'll find this spacious apartment has everything you'll need for a perfect little getaway... While this building is over a hundred years old, every surface and amenity has been fully renovated--from the brand new central air/heat down to the heated bathroom floor, and luxury shower. Grab a soft robe hanging in the kitchen and step outside on to the large back deck, where you can relax in your private cedar barrel sauna, or just lounge outside and take in the sounds of the running stream down below. Whip up dinner on the electric grill, or easily grab some food in town. After a full day of riding on our world-class mountain bike trails at Cacapon State Park, pop on a record, mix up a drink, and relax in the luxurious king bed. While we don't encourage working while on vacation, there is a small desk space, and fast wifi available. The Downtown Flat is situated above a, local, fresh-food market and deli which we own and operate- Creekside Provisions and Supplies. Other things to note Town of Bath license number 52. We totally understand that things come up and plans may need to change. We allow one reservation change outside of the cancellation window. Requests for changes inside of the cancellation window will result in related penalties per our cancellation policy. Just as we handle cancellations within the window, should the flat rebook for the original nights of your scheduled stay, a full refund of the rebooked nights will be issued.
