My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, friends traveling together. Clean room with all you need for a comfortable stay. Twin beds & good sized room. Lots of light & quiet. Quality bed linens & pillows. Great backyard for lounging & hanging out. You share my home with me & my rescue dog, Jazzy. We live simple & clean by choice. The space My home is pleasant, mellow & clean. You will be sharing my kitchen, living area, dining area & outdoor lounging patio. Seattle is 7miles directly South. This is the Greenwood neighborhood. Very safe walkable family area. Less than 2 blocks is the RapidRide E-Line bus to Seattle. Be in DT Seattle w/in 20mins. We have a vibrant business area. Breweries, cafes, excellent restaurants, yoga & spa, bicycle rentals & much more in my Greenwood neighborhood. Guest access As my guest you are welcome to all living areas. Living room, dining room, bathroom, outdoor lounging area are all available to use. During your stay I enjoy meeting & hosting my guests. I am available for any questions or ideas about what to do while in Seattle. I am considered a medical Cannabis expert & am happy to share knowledge about our 21+mmj market, or any questions about Cannabis. Other things to note I have a private studio on my property also. You might have a chance to meet my other guests. Please be friendly & polite to any other guests on property. I am fine with cig or vape or cigar smoking. Please smoke these things outside only. I have ashtrays provided for you. I am fine with cannabis use in my living room, dining room, kitchen & all backyard areas. No smoking anything in your bedroom. No eating food in your bedroom.
