Our spacious 2 bed & 2 full bath condo in Ocean City, MD, sleeps 9 and is just steps from the beach. The 4th floor spacious balcony offers beautiful sunsets. Perfect for families and groups, you'll love the convenience of being close to local attractions, dining, and entertainment. Whether you're here to relax on the sandy shores or explore the vibrant city, our beachside haven is your perfect getaway spot! The space Our condo offers plenty of sleeping arrangements to accommodate your group comfortably. The living room features a Murphy bed that pulls out into a queen. The guest room includes a single over double bunk bed and a day bed that can pull out into a king. We have two full bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a walk-in shower, ensuring convenience for all guests. Perfect for families and groups. Free covered parking is available. Please only park in the 2 parking spaces assigned with our condo number in the covered lot under the condo building. Within walking distance of many restaurants, mini gold, arcades, movie theatre, etc. Enjoy the indoor pool. Quiet top floor with concrete walls. Living room has 80" Smart TV, each bedroom also offers a smart TV. Please treat our condo as if it is your own, so we can continue to rent, and have others enjoy our beach haven. We also use this condo for our family, so please let us know if there is anything we can do to make it more comfortable. As an additional benefit, we are now providing linens! Please bring your own beach/pool towels and toiletries. We will provide a starter of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, but you will need to provide any replenishments during your stay. A designated code for entry to the condo will be provided within 24hrs of your arrival and will only be active during your stay for security. The pool is typically open April through October and closed during the winter months for maintenance (November - March). Pool hours are typically 10am - 9pm. If you are visiting OCMD for one of the incredible events, we are just a few blocks away from the bus stop that takes you directly to the boardwalk. Since we are at the north end of the island, the buses are typically empty and fill up quick, which means less stops to the boardwalk. Other things to note We do have an age minimum of 25 to rent our property. Due to laws and restrictions within the city of Ocean City MD and/or during special events (e.g. Senior Week), additional information may be requested (i.e. full name, age, contact number). The primary renter will assume responsibility for any and all fines levied by the city of Ocean City MD. Also, an additional security deposit may be requested during these times.
