Enjoy a sunset from the private porch off of the two bedroom loft. Walk our private trails and watch a sunset from the dock. You can request a camp fire or outdoor movie on our screen for your family's entertainment. Plenty of room and relaxation to be had here! You will have access to a pavilion w/kitchenette, BBQ grill and outdoor seating. The space Thank you for looking at our place. This is a 2 bedroom loft with a new full bathroom with a large tiled shower. The 2 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. There is an amazing sunset view from your private balcony off from the master bedroom with a king size bed. The second bedroom now has a new queen size bed and a twin day bed that also has a pull out twin trundle bed next to the twin day bed. For total accommodations of 6 guest. You will have access to the covered barbeque area and pavilion area shown in the pictures, along with the ability to walk the property and sit by the pond. Come relax in a hammock and enjoy the peace and quite of the countryside. There is also a kitchenette with a place to wash dishes and a full size fridge to place your food in with an ice maker and fresh water. **Please note there is no stove with and oven available. We do however have a large covered grilling area with a Webber gas grill and a dual burner hotplate for your convenience. There is an in room Keurig, with some coffee supplies provided. We provide bed linens, pillows, towels (one bath size & one washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel for the bathroom. At your request we are also happy to start you a camp fire in the evening or a movie on the 120" screen under the pavilion for your own outdoor movie. We also have a large play set for younger children. We are centrally located to many things in the area. Cooperstown All Star Village in Oneonta is only 22 Minutes away. We are 15 minutes from Awestruck Ciders, Muddy River Farm Brew is at the end of the road and Forged Brewing is 25 minutes away. If your heading to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame this about 45 minutes. We are only 45 minutes from Unadilla Valley Sports Center & Racing as well. No pets allowed. We do have 3 friendly dogs. Guest access There are stairs to the rental, no handicapped access. In room coffee bar, kitchen below the unit is open with refrigerator, sink, large coffee pot, microwave and basic kitchen accessories. BBQ grill area with cover. Large play set for the kids use. Kitchenet is only accessible from the outdoor pavilion area. You must walk down the stairs from the bedrooms to the outdoor pavilion area to walk into the kitchenet Owners home is on the property about 100 yards away. You are welcome to enjoy the 15 acers and walk around and enjoy the views. No animals allowed. We have 3 friendly dogs. Other things to note We do have 3 dogs. One 5 year old black lab named Tucker big baby! We also have 2 Labradoodles, Bella is 3 years old and her baby Juniper 2 years old.
