The house is located on an agricultural estate in the Sierra Mágina Natural Park, two kilometers from the Fuenmayor and Zurreón water sources and very close to Úbeda and Baeza. We have two outdoor patios, one facing east and the other south, ideal for eating and relaxing. And a small pool for swimming, playing, and cooling off. Whether you want to spend a few days relaxing with the family or if you're into nature hikes, this is the house you're looking for. The space The house counts with a fireplace in the living room and in the basement. We also have several electric radiators to heat the rooms in winter. In summer, you don't even need the fan. The house always stays cool. Outside, we have a side skid on the east side of the house and another on the south side that receives all the afternoon sun on its west side, where the pool is located. They are ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner outside looking for the sun or shade according to the temperature and time of year. Guest access The house is for full rental with its outdoor spaces, so the pool and skates are available exclusively to travelers who book the house. We have a barbecue outside that, according to the regulations of the Junta de Andalucía, can only be used from October 16 to May 31. The property is located two kilometers from Torres, where we can find several convenience stores and small supermarkets. There is also a grocery market and on Tuesdays there is a market next to the park, where, among other things, you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. There are also bars in the village and in the mountains. Other things to note The house water is not drinkable, as it is not chlorinated. It is necessary to bring bottled water (it can also be bought in the village). We have shower towels, but not pool towels. In summer, guests need to bring their own.
