Olive on Otago is a renovated rustic two bedroom shack in a premium location with beautiful ocean views. The front porch provides a place to dwell, relax and enjoy the beach vibe. If you feel like a dip in the ocean with the sand between your toes, walk across the road and take the plunge. Original floorboards, loads of character with beautiful textiles. Directly opposite the beach, popular North Beach Kitchen within 100m and walking trails nearby. EV Charger (free for guests on request). The space Totally renovated and styled, the shack has two separate bedrooms. As an original small two bedroom beach shack, for a comfortable stay we recommend the following: - A family of two adults & two young children - A couples stay - Three adults On offer: Lounge – comfy leather couch with soft textiles, smart TV with Netflix included & ocean views. Reverse cycle split system a/c. Kitchen / Dining – olive green, wicker pendants, timber dining table & six chairs, oven with cooktop and timber benchtops makes this a space to enjoy the ocean views over a glass of wine and hearty meal. Bedroom 1 – queen bed, ceiling fan, Reverse cycle split system a/c, quality linen and ocean views. Bedroom 2 – double loft bed with single bed above, quality linen and ocean views. Bathroom – beach shack charm with shower, vanity, toilet and towels provided. Laundry – equipped laundry with washing machine, drying rack and iron. Front Porch – rustic timber table and chairs with full ocean views. Rear Yard –landscaped private rear garden with outdoor table and chairs. Outdoor shower (cold water) for rinsing off after the beach. Fire pit - guests to bring their own firewood and matches. Not to be used during fire restrictions and at guests’ own risk. BBQ available for use Parking - off street in driveway with room for a boat. EV charger available on request - Tesla charger. Note: suitable for all EV’s with type 2 plug, not just Tesla. Guests requiring EV charger will need to contact us for the code to access the locked charger cabinet. Whilst the shack is fully equipped, if you prefer not to cook whilst on holidays, pop across the road to the popular North Beach Kitchen located on the sand for a delicious meal. Olive on Otago is your place to unwind and breathe in the salt air whilst enjoying all there is to explore on the Yorke Peninsula. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire shack, rear yard and parking. Garage at the rear of the property is locked and guests are unable to access. Other things to note To help make your stay more comfortable, we supply milk, salt & pepper, olive oil, a selection of tea, hot chocolate, sugar and coffee pods on arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery and dinnerware. An information pack is provided outlining all the things you need to know about the property including the wifi access. A tourism guide is also provided which outlines some places to explore, places to eat and other adventures in the area. Linen and towels are included - beach towels are also provided. We do not provide cots or high chairs for babies and toddlers. We do not provide wood or matches for the fire pit - both are available in Kadina (OTR) or Wallaroo (Drakes).
