The Bohème is a charming duplex apartment located in the heart of the historic district, accessible via the "Porte Saint-Vincent". You’ll love being close to the marina and Place Gambetta, where you can enjoy the many bars and restaurants. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental, and the beds will be made up for your arrival to ensure a relaxing stay. The space This tastefully decorated apartment blends the charm of period features with the comfort of modern amenities. It is located at the top of a shopping street, on the third and top floor (no elevator) of a small, quiet residential building. The flat is laid out as follows: First level: - A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and microwave, open to the living room with a dining area (dining table), - A lounge area with a sofa, coffee table and TV. Second level: - La mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide, purchased in January 2026), an en-suite shower, and a washbasin. The apartment has Wi-Fi, as well as a coffee machine with steam wand (powder coffee) - “Vintage Cuisine by Cooking” model. For a pleasant stay, household linen is provided (bed sheets, one large and one small towel per person, tea towel, bath mat), along with a few samples (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, toilet paper, shower gel, and dishwashing liquid). Nearby you will find free parking at "Les Capucins", as well as a range of local shops: bakery, grocery, newsagent, delicatessen and a local farmers' market at the covered market on Place de la Poissonnerie. This quiet and cosy retreat is perfect for a getaway in Vannes. Guest access The apartment and all its amenities are at your full disposal. You will be able to check in on your own. Other things to note For any requests for early check-in, or late check-out after 11 a.m., an additional fee will apply. A professional cleaning service is included in each reservation. However, we kindly ask you to leave the dishes clean and put away, and to gather used towels and bed linen in the bathroom.
