Fernleigh rest is a stylish and spacious two floor annex very close to Newquay and surrounding areas in Cornwall. Bus and train link on the door step. The annex has seamless blend of inside and outside living with its bifold doors in the living area. Perfect for any guest who loves natural light and fresh air. The bedroom area can sleep up to 4 people . The bedroom area has one king size bed and a sofa bed (see images). Bathroom is down stairs , down the corridor off the kitchen. The space The accommodation is a two floor annex. The annex is at the rear of the owners home who live on site. They will be available if there is any issues during your stay. The Annex is not attached to the owners property. There are two locked doors that you do not have access to,one is at the rear of the bathroom and one off the living area. These doors will remain locked during your stay. You will enter the Annex at the side of the property into the kitchen area. To the right past the kitchen is the bathroom. To the left of the kitchen is a large spacious living dinning area, which opens into the outside private decked area. Upstairs is the bedroom with a king size bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed would sleep comfortably one adult or two small children . Would not recommend sofa bed for a tall person. Guest access You will be sent key safe code to access the property before your stay. There are two locked doors that you not have access to in the annex , one is at the rear of the bathroom and one off the living area. These doors will remain locked during your stay. There is a utility room that is kept lock but if you need access you just need to arrange access with the hosts. The rest of the Annex is all your accommodation to enjoy. Other things to note There is no washing machine in the annex, but if you require to use the washing machine during your stay, we can make this available to you at no extra cost. The owners have a utility room at the rear of the Annex that is Locked during your stay. In this room is washing facilities that can easily be made available if needed. If you require to use the washing machine just call the owners. There is a washing line that can be used to dry clothes if weather is not suitable you may use the tumble dryer drier if needed. You will just need to arrange access with the hosts. The fridge in the kitchen has a small freezer section. If you do want to store more frozen items then just give us a phone call as we have a chest freezer in the utility room if the annex that you can also use. We live at the property and we ask that you do not have visitors at the property unless we approve the request as this is our residence. The accommodation is only for the guests that have been approved.
