Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, modern condo in the Brand new condominium tower called the Uptown Parksuites Tower 2, located in Uptown BGC, across the street from the brand new Japanese mall, Mitsokoshi mall, and right beside the famous Uptown mall and Uptown parade. The area boasts a plethora of restaurants and cafes that are all conveniently located within a minutes walk from the condo. The space All guests are required to submit valid IDs within 24 hours of the official check-in time. Failure to provide the required identification within this 24-hour period will constitute a breach of the hosts rules. The lobby and/or building administration will not permit check-in unless valid identification has been submitted for all guests by the hosts included in the reservation. In such cases, if the reservation is canceled, it will be canceled without refund, and the guest will remain fully liable for the total reservation amount, regardless of occupancy or length of stay. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire unit during their stay. Amenities: Registered guests are welcome to use the condominium’s swimming pool. Please note that the pool is open from Tuesday to Friday only, and is closed on holidays. As per the building admins rules, up to three (3) registered guests can use the pool free of charge. Additional guests will be charged a fee of ₱300 per person. The condominiums gym as well as the kids day care center and function halls are only accessible to long term residents, and are off limits for airbnb/short term guests.
