The Poppy House is equipped with: * Outdoor area with lounge and garden table * 3 bedrooms including a master suite * 2 bathrooms * an equipped kitchen. The space The "Poppy House" is ideal for your family, tourist or study stay. The House is offered to you with a ground floor, an upper floor and an outdoor area: * On the GROUND FLOOR: - A master suite with a 140*200 cm bed with shower room - A living room with TV - A kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer / Dishwasher / Oven / Microwave / Stovetop - Laundry room with washing machine - A toilet * Upstairs: - 2 BEDROOMS with 140*200 cm double beds. The bedrooms have storage closets. - Bathroom with bath and shower - A toilet BED LINENS The bed linen and towels are provided by the owner OUTDOOR AREA - The outdoor area is composed of garden furniture and a dining table for 6 guests. HEATING Maison Coquelicot has underfloor heating. Heating is remotely managed by the owner. TELEVISION The living/dining room has a TV. AMAZON PRIME / NETFLIX / MOLOTOV are accessible with your own credentials. The Master Suite on the ground floor is also equipped with a TV with TNT. AIR CONDITIONING/ROLLER SHUTTERS 🏠Since JULY 2025, the house has been equipped with air conditioning and roller shutters (Note that the loss or breakage of air conditioning remote controls or roller shutters is billable) PRIVATE PARKING Guests can park their vehicle for free in front of the gate of the house or in the immediate vicinity (on the street or land right next door) WIFI The Wi-Fi signal is non-existent in the Coquelicot House. (fiber connection not possible at this time) IMPORTANT Maison Coquelicot is not a suitable place for parties and/or events/birthdays. This is strictly FORBIDDEN. Other things to note AIR CONDITIONING/ROLLER SHUTTERS 🏠Since JULY 2025, the house has been equipped with air conditioning and roller shutters (Note that the loss or breakage of air conditioning remote controls or roller shutters is billable) CAMERA A video surveillance camera is installed in the house but will be inactive and disabled throughout the stay. (Lens protection) We remind you that it is FORBIDDEN to smoke or use similar products (Hookah, Shisha, etc.) Maison Coquelicot is a 5/10 minute drive from Dijon City Center. Shops are in the immediate vicinity: - Bakery (2-min walk) - Pharmacy (2-min walk) - Car garage (1-min walk) - BAR (2-minute walk) - LE CRUSOE Restaurant (3-minute walk) The beautiful PARC DE LA COLOMBIERE will be the perfect place to recharge your batteries (2-minute walk) The Maison Coquelicot Wi-Fi signal is NON-EXISTENT.
