Two closed bedrooms, one with a Queen bunk bed. 7-foot wide shower with double plumbing. Underfloor heating for better comfort, air conditioning in summer. Enough space to fit a queen size bed or two inflatable single beds in the living room. Pets allowed: small to medium size dog (18 kg/40 lbs max) accepted. Cat accepted IT IS THE LANDLORD'S RESPONSIBILITY TO DECLARE THE PRESENCE OF A CAT OR DOG IN THE ACCOMMODATION. Conditions apply regarding animals - any breakage or furniture damaged by them will be charged to the tenant. We ask you to clean up the excess hair in the chalet, or you will be charged extra for cleaning (this extra is calculated according to the extra time the cleaning required compared to an ordinary cleaning). You must pick up your pets' droppings, even outside. If outdoor maintenance must be done following non-compliance with these rules, an extra will be charged. Note that the earthworks are not finished, in case of rain the surroundings are very muddy. Thoroughly clean your pet when it returns indoors. Animals with claws are not tolerated on the sofas and the kitchen bench. They are made of real leather and any breakage will be charged to you. For the health and safety of your pets, it is forbidden to bring them into the hot tub.
