An apartment in a building almost 300 years old, in an old convent built in 1756, in the center of Lisbon, between Avenida da Liberdade and Campo Mártires da Pátria. Although central, the apartment is in a quiet area. The house is not modern, it has all the marks of time and that's what makes it so special. The apartment also features a private interior garden and a large living room. Interesting apartment for those who want something authentic and not uncharacterized. The space The apartment consists of three bedrooms. However, only one will be ready for use. The room will have some of my things, but there will be plenty of room for the new person. The apartment has, of course, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and even a small studio and private interior garden. The garden overlooks other neighboring apartments, but only we have access to it. The apartment is on the second floor, with no elevator needed. Guest access The entire house, except for two bedrooms that will be locked. Other things to note This apartment is not a business, it is only used as a residence. However, as we are going on vacation, we would like to have someone to live in the space. We will be away between July 4th and the 12th. Therefore, the apartment will be shared with us (2 boys) on July 2, 3, and 13. Registration Details Exempt
