A cottage on the Lužnice River, where the water is all you hear. Watch the river from the terrace, brew morning coffee and go fishing — I'll gladly arrange a permit. Grill under the pergola, end the day by the campfire. Inside: equipped kitchen, living room with dining area, bedroom, bathroom, plus a fireplace and pellet stove for winter. Great for walks, mushroom picking and day trips. Ideal for a couple or small family wanting to unplug. Canoe trips start right at the door. Outside, there is a large pergola with a barbecue and a fire pit, plus a woodshed stocked with firewood for your use. For children, there is a sandbox, a swing, toys, and plenty of space to run around. Free on-site parking and Wi-Fi throughout the cottage. For anglers: The cottage is located right by the water; I can arrange a fishing permit for you upon request. All equipment can be stored in the garage. Guest access The cottage can be used in its entirety, a woodshed with firewood is also accessible.
