Equipped with a large accessible bathroom & shower, a kitchenette, a 75 inch smart TV, King bed and sofa bed you can cosy up in this space with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The space Bed arrangements: - A king sized comfortable bed - A sofa bed that you can pull out if required, if less than 2 people staying please let us know if you require bedding & linen for the sofabed. Kitchenette amenities: - Microwave - Kettle - Airfryer - Sink - Cutlery and crockery - Salt/pepper - Sugar, Tea and Instant coffee Bathroom: - Vanity, toilet and large open accessible shower Parking: There is no private car park included with this studio and there is free parking on Pascoe Vale Road and Lethbridge St (2 hourly from 9AM - 6PM) There is free all day parking if you are lucky enough to get spots on the right side of Lethbridge St (one way street), closer to Pascoe Vale Road. Transport: There is a tram stop a couple minutes walk away which will take you into the city/Moonee Ponds (Tram #59) Other things to note To access this studio apartment there is a lift for easy access. This studio is connected to another Airbnb listing which is a penthouse. The door is deadlocked and not accessible unless both properties are booked by the same guest and access is requested. Whilst there is a sound proofed door installed, sound may travel at times so there are quiet hours from 10PM -7AM. If sofabed is required please request this upon booking.
