Our "Little House" is located in a quiet rural area. Centrally located for many excursions in the area. The cozy Villedieu les Poeles (restaurants), the D-Day beaches 55 min. Le Mt St. Michel 45 min, the waterfalls of Mortain, the old fortified town Fougere, Avranches, St Malo and port city Granville. Coast and beaches offer a varied landscape. There are many beautiful hiking and biking routes. The town of Brecey with shops, doctor and pharmacy is 4 km away. The space The cottage has a small kitchen with all the basic amenities. Downstairs is also the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The living area is a few steps higher and is furnished with, among other things, a comfortable sofa bed and a wood-burning stove. There is a television with a DVD player for watching movies; however, there is no television reception. A radio is provided. The stairs in the living room lead to the loft. There is a king-size double bed here. Guest access The entire house is at the disposal of the guests. The access to this is located downstairs on the property and is clearly indicated. Other things to note The grounds are slightly sloping and there are steps and stairs, making the cottage unsuitable for wheelchairs and people with mobility problems.
