Nestle into this cozy old Airstream and watch our cows amble to and from milking while sipping coffee or a cocktail on the patio. The space Sugar House Creamery is a farmstead creamery in the high peaks region of the Adirondack mountains. Dairy farms are few and far between in this part of the world so the sight of our Brown Swiss making their way back to the barn for milking is especially special. The Airstream sits on the very corner of our barnyard. It is very much its own little world but it is close to other farm buildings and residences. Features a private patio that overlooks the pastures and the distant Sentinel Mountain range. Une maison d'hote a la ferme! Les francophones sentiraient bienvenues--nous parlons francais! Guest access Guests are invited to explore our 22 acres of pasture and visit with our small herd of Brown Swiss cows. A short walk (22-25 ft.) from the Airstream is our Farm Store where we sell our farmstead cheese and milk along with fresh products from neighboring farms (yogurt, eggs, meats and more!). Other things to note This is an active dairy farm complete with accompanying sights, smells. and sounds. Please note that while many animals LIVE on this farm, we do not allow guests to bring pets.
