The pool house studio is independent and air-conditioned but inseparable from the accommodation comprising living room/bedroom, sofa bed 140, connected TV, shower room and equipped kitchen (multifunction oven, fridge, hotplate, dishwasher and TASSIMO coffee machine) Parking 2 spaces reserved for guests, secured with motorized gate, alarm, videophone and video surveillance, charging station for hybrid or electric vehicle. Two additional but unsecured private outdoor parking spaces. Guest access 8 Guests, including children (one extra baby allowed, notify for provision of baby bed) No pets. Smoking is prohibited, even hookah, throughout the accommodation, pool house and pool area. Smoking is only allowed on the main terrace of the accommodation. All receptions or parties are forbidden. Noise is strictly prohibited after 9 p.m., and must be moderate during the day to respect the neighborhood; we are in a very quiet residential area. The accommodation is not equipped for people with reduced mobility. For security reasons, the site is under video surveillance on all exteriors, but no cameras are placed in the accommodation and pool house Other things to note For hygiene reasons, the swimming pool and the SPA are prohibited for nudism and the wearing of burkinis; one-piece or two-piece swimsuits are mandatory for women and swimming trunks or swimming shorts are mandatory for men. The pool is not covered, it is heated only from early May to late September. For the relaxation room, the Jacuzzi is accessible at all times without a time limit. The sauna twice a day, it will take 30 minutes to heat up and 60 minutes to relax, so you can do two sauna sessions of an hour and a half each and per day between 8am and 11:30pm (heating start time). One hour in a sauna at 70/80 degrees is already an achievement😉. The pool house studio and 4-room accommodation cannot be rented separately; they are only rented to a single group of friends or family. No co-rental is provided by the hosts. The site and the pool/terrace area are fully reserved for you. Smoking, even hookah, is strictly forbidden inside, a smoking area is provided on the main terrace. Noise is strictly forbidden after 9 p.m. and must be moderate during the day to respect the neighborhood, we are in a very quiet residential area. Any complaints from the neighborhood will result in eviction without delay or compensation.
