Also you have Wireless Internet, A/C in the bedroom and in the dining area, a Smart TV in the living room. Walking distance to the pool, and approximately a 3 minute drive to the beach. Access to the resort amenities, a perfect get away! Guest access To get to the property use the address on Google Map of the Wyndham Rio Mar Puerto Rico Golf & Beach Resort Hotel: 6000 Boulevard Rio Mar, Rio Grande, 00745. 1-When you arrive at the main entrance of Rio Mar, ask the cabin guard how to get to the Cluster 2 access control. 2-Once you arrive at Cluster 2 access control, provide the security guard with your full name and that of your companion and the number of Villa 31C. 3-You will receive a guest sign that you must visibly place on the inside of the car. *You must return the sign at the end of your stay. 4-Ask the cabin guard how to get to building 31. Other things to note PARKING: Identify building 31 and use the 31C parking lot for the car. Only one car is allowed per villa. EXTRA GUEST FEE: The listing price is for up to two (2) guest. Please don't share the facilities with any other guest not part of the reservation to visit or to stay. If this happens without any permission you will receive a phone call from property management and Fees will apply to your reservation. BALCONY: Doors have security attachment that prevents the wind from pushing and closing the door. It is important that whenever you open the door, place the anchor to secure it and avoid an accident. *Please avoid placing the wet towels to dry on the wooden railings on the balcony. TOWELS: We provide one bath towel per guest and one pool towel per guest, as well as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. *Please do not use towels to clean objects or to remove make-up from face that may become stained or damaged. GOLF CART RENTALS: If you rent a golf cart at the hotel, make sure you tell the hotel you are staying in Cluster 2 because the golf cart needs to have certain sticker in order for you to bring it to Cluster 2. AIR CONDITIONING UNITS: Please turn off the air conditioning before leaving the Villa. The air conditioning units are powerful and very efficient, but if you have any situation feel free to contact us. TOWELS: We provide one bath towel per guest and one pool towel per guest, as well as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. *Please do not use towels to clean objects or to remove make-up from face that may become stained or damaged. NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charge if violated. NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. a $300 fine will be charged if violated. WASHING MACHINE: Uses HE detergent and softener which you must buy to wash. Please do not move the washing machine out of place, this can cause the water intake to come off. AMENITIES AVAILABLE: The chairs, beach towels and beach cooler available are located inside the closet of the main room.
