Step into the expansive, enclosed 1/2-acre backyard and savor your morning coffee under the charming gazebo, enveloped by the soothing sounds of nature. As the evening approaches, gather around the built-in firepit for a cozy and memorable night. The space There are a few steps upon entering the home which requires a code. The code will be given to guests on the day of arrival. You enter into a stunning living room that hosts a sectional with plenty of room to stretch out after a long trip. This couch can also fold down into a bed to really enjoy your visit. While resting on the couch, you can enjoy a 60-inch smart tv, that can stream popular apps such as Netflix or use the wireless internet. As you enter the hallway on your right, you will find the bathroom straight ahead stocked with essential items available for your use. The high ceiling offers plenty of light to enter but still ensures your privacy. Turn towards the left, to the Dog Room. This bedroom is a cozy, private bedroom featuring thermal curtains, a double bed with additional pillows in the closet. For added convenience, you'll have your own 5-drawer dresser and your own smart TV. All floors are hardwood with soft, plush carpets to ensure comfort. The bathroom is tiled with a tub and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking essentials including pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, glasses, and microwave. In the kitchen, we offer coffee, creamer, and sugar. The washer and dryer are free for your use located in the mudroom. Guest access You will have a private room to yourself with shared living areas. Help yourself to games or puzzles. During your stay If you need any assistance during your visit, please don't hesitate to reach out to me or Danny's information is listed on the whiteboard. Other things to note The area that you will have access to is approximately 800 sq ft. in size. So plenty of space for a family. There is also a large backyard for you to enjoy. There is no smoking inside the building. Smoking is not permitted within 10 ft. of home entrances. If you smoke outside please dispose of your butts in the appropriate receptacle, making sure its no longer lit. Dogs are accepted; however, they must be non-aggressive and 20 lbs or less. Please pick up after your dog and dispose of the waste appropriately.
