Regional attractions are easily accessible: 45 minutes from Tetouan, 60 minutes from Cabo Negro, 40 minutes from Akchour Waterfalls and 59 minutes from Chefchaouen. Guest access You can use the entire farm, except the fruit tree area. Other things to note Strict House Rules: Please read all rules carefully before booking. ● Our establishment does not accept unmarried couples, whether foreign or Moroccan. ● The following documents are accepted: Religious marriage certificate Civil marriage certificate Family record book Knowing that the passport or the "CIN" are mandatory for couples. ● Check-in from 4 p.m. Check-out is before noon please (Required). 《 The cleaning lady will arrive at 12 p.m. in order to prepare the apartment for the next stay 》. ● The gardener will be present on the farm every other day, to water the grass and fruit trees. ● I just wanted to let you know I may be present (rarely) on the farm, I have a small studio outside. ● We have 2 large 70 × 140 cm shower towels and 4 50 × 100 cm hand towels at your disposal. ● We can't provide extra towels or sheets, but you can bring them with you. ● It is totally forbidden to take the towels from the accommodation with you to the beach please. ● Two air conditioners-heaters are available, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room. ● Two cameras are installed outside, you can turn them off if you want. ● Please do not bring pets. ● Parties are not allowed. ● You may not exceed the number of people specified at the time of booking. ● Alcohol is prohibited. ● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave SMART-FERME 🏡 ● Illegal downloads are forbidden. ● No drugs in/out of our home. ● No smoking. ● Your role as a responsible tenant is very much appreciated by us, thank you for leaving SMART-FERME 🏡 in the same clean condition found, the following hosts will be grateful.
