Riverside Shepherd's Hut

Romantic Shepherd's Hut, in the grounds of an old Watermill, with wonderful views across the garden towards the river. Located in a historic Lincolnshire village, we are a 1 minute walk to the village pub, serving good food. Woodhall Spa is a 5 minute drive, with a selection of shops and restaurants, plus the unique Kinema in the Woods, Jubilee Park, with outdoor swimming pool, and Golf. There are fishing lakes 1 minute away or you are welcome to fish in our river. We are very Dog Friendly! The space A brand new Shepherd's Hut with modern amenities. The bed fold away during the day to create more living space. The toilet is connected to the mains, not a camping one and there is an electric shower. Heating in the main living space and a heated towel rail in the bathroom ensure all round comfort. Guest access Access is via a private gate and parking is next to the hut. You are welcome to fish in our river with a license during the season if you don't mind our dog helping you! Other things to note We are 3 miles from The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at RAF Coningsby with the famous Lancaster aircraft. The coast is a 40 minute drive with a choice of seaside towns or quiet nature reserves. There are footpaths around the village and we can provide maps and suggestions for walks. The Lincolnshire Wolds are nearby and provide endless footpaths and bridleways and the towns of Horncastle and Louth are worth a visit. Lincoln, with it's famous castle and cathedral are 35 minutes drive. We can help arrange horse riding, yoga, and suggest other local attractions.
