Our beach house. Always used by family and friends. Come and feel at home. Large, cozy house with several rooms, deck with freezer and sink, barbecue, swimming pool, parking for more than 10 cars. It has a beautiful view of the beach. Natural ventilation in all rooms. Full kitchen with industrial stove, refrigerator, freezer. 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and the others didn't even need it. Fans are enough. Super nice house. Come and enjoy our paradise. The space The house has an incredible view, easy access to the beach, Uruaú lagoon and Morro Branco. Large, ventilated house, several rooms, some air-conditioned rooms and others that do not even need to be ventilated too much. The house has 6 independent bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites, 1 four with an attached bedroom, 3 full social bathrooms and a toilet on the deck. Guest access All spaces are available for use. Swimming pool, barbecue, several rooms and armchairs, deck, parking... everything within everyone's reach. Other things to note Praia das Fontes has several attractions. One of them is the buggy ride, which we have the indication of a responsible and reliable buggy driver, registered with the cooperative and with a special price. With it you can get to know the nearby beaches and dunes, including Uruaú and Morro Branco.
