"Sea" room in a local home

Large room for family or group. Rate for 1 double bed (160). + €15/extra bed. Sheets, bathroom towels, crooked dish towels. Possibility to add an extra mattress (extra). Bathroom (shower, bathtub) separate toilet. No shared space. Not included, can be ordered the previous day. Kitchenette: microwave, fridge, induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The space Bedroom upstairs from our house, in a quiet area, 700 m from the Pissotte beach, 600m from the GR 34, 1.2 km from the Mielles shopping district, 1.5 km from the port of Saint Cast. The kitchen area, bathroom and toilets are reserved for you. 3 adults max, + 1 to 2 children. The 160 cm bed is a "head and foot liftable" bed, separable into 2 80 cm beds on request (+ €15) Guest access Access to the room is via an internal staircase, with a separate entrance from our accommodation, independently. Bedroom with small sea view, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet, a kitchen area to have breakfast or warm up a light meal. 4 people maximum. You will be alone upstairs, bathroom and kitchen area just for you. Breakfast basket extra upon request. Possibility of access to the washer/dryer €3 each. Other things to note Our dog is likely to let us know when you arrive. We also have 1 female cat but no pets allowed in the rental. Please let us know of any allergies (flowers, feathers...).
