House for rent for 1-5 people (+ baby cot) 4-5 minutes walk to the city center where you will find shops, restaurants and marina. Lots of great hiking and swimming opportunities. Urheia and Risørflekken are worth a visit. The house is a totally rehabilitated in 2023 and appears as new. Modern comfort in old architecture. Located in the lee of the wind as the houses were placed in the sailing time. The space Large and sunny outdoor area with direct exit from the kitchen. Also a higher located outdoor area with exit directly from the attic on the 2nd floor. Hallway, lovely living room/kitchen and modern bathroom on the 1st floor. Bright and good rooms on the 2nd floor with attic and two bedrooms.
