It features an en suite, sofa, dining table& chairs, TV, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine & pods, plus ample wardrobes. Step through private patio doors into the garden & the beach and boardwalk. The charming vibrant town is a short stroll away. Includes driveway parking. Included is a welcome hamper with homemade jam, croissants, cheese, cooked hams, yoghurts, fruit, milk and juice. The space This is a large studio (1) room overlooking the beach. You can view the sea whilst lying in bed with a morning cuppa! You will have a room on the south side of the house and can access it from the garden/beach or the main front door. Additionally there is a kitchenette should you wish to use the larger sink. Guest access You can come through the main part of the house or use the back entrance and be totally independent straight into your room During your stay I am usually around and can offer help and information if need be. Otherwise, I shall retreat and leave you to enjoy your stay here
