A spacious room in a shared duplex flat in the heart of Kensington, with a balcony and a huge back garden. The location is convenient for short or long stays. Just steps away from Kensington Olympia, Earls Court Station, High Street Kensington, West Kensington station, scenic Holland Park and Design Museum. There's also a Tesco Super Store around the corner! The flat has spacious storage for luggage. You will also have fridge space for your food in the Kitchen. The space This is a duplex flat (2 levels) with two rooms. You will have one of the rooms on the upper level, which has a massive wardrobe for your belongings. The flat has a dedicated living room space, balcony, kitchen, and a back garden if you'd like to go for a walk or even store a bike. The bathroom is shared: shower space is in the upper level, and the toilet is in the lower level of the flat. Please note that during your stay, you will be sharing the flat with one more person (me) :) Guest access You can use the shared areas in the flat: Kitchen, storage, Living room and the balcony. There is also a back garden where you can have a walk or park your bicycle. During your stay I will be available most time during your stay to help you with anything you need, as I usually work from home. Other things to note You will be sharing the flat with me (1 person).
