A walker's paradise with a walk score of 99, our stylish home has brand new stainless steel appliances, 7 queen beds, a large sofa bed, and can sleep up to 16 guests comfortably. Our charming, yet modern and updated home is located in the heart of NW Portland - nestled between Alphabet and Pearl Districts, restaurants, independent bookstores and shops. We're also close to Alberta Arts, Mississippi and Downtown PDX! The space Brand new renovations in the summer of 2022, this is beautifully-remodeled 5 bedroom, 4 bath home with several work stations is in the heart of Northwest Portland, nestled between Alphabet and Pearl Districts. We have a walk score of 99. We built this space with luxury and comfort in mind and it is truly one of a kind in this area. This unit is split down the middle, which makes it perfect for two families, large groups, or remote workers. We have 2 kitchens! The large, spacious home has brand new floors, paint, and bathrooms. A brand new AC system was just installed to keep the space cool in the Oregon summer and comfortably warm in the winter. There are 6 brand new queen beds with comfortable down comforters, duvets and large pillows, and a large queen sofa bed. The bedrooms have large closets and dressers for clothing storage, and we have luggage racks to place your bags. Each nightstand has bedside lamps equipped with USB ports for charging your phone and other electronics. The place has brand new stainless steel appliances, and a large in-unit washer and dryer for your laundry convenience. The kitchen area has quartz countertops, and there's also multiple tables for small get togethers and family gatherings. We have plenty of dishware and cooking utensils for our guests, and a single serve coffee machine with coffee pods provided. The living rooms have Roku TV with Netflix and many other channels for your viewing pleasure. We're equipped with high-speed Wifi throughout the house. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and extra towels are all provided for our guests' comfort. This is a perfect space for business travelers, families, or a quick weekend getaway. You'll have plenty of room for the whole group! Take time in Portland to relax at nearby parks, enjoy nature in the Columbia River Gorge, or eat at one of the city's many famous restaurants. Please note: This is a completely private space and home, with bars and restaurants nearby the home. Because this is a high-traffic area in the heart of commercial areas, there is unfortunately no driveway or free parking. There is a parking garage nearby, and paid parking along the streets. There is a short flight of stairs down to enter and exit the home. Those who have accessibility issues may want to consider this feature. There are windows in every room so it still gets good lighting. We have done our best to make this place feel like home by including local books, board games and even a fun interactive map where guests can share where they are from!
