Log Cabin-5 acres-Hot Tub-Trail

Welcome to Honey Haven! Make some memories at this unique Log Cabin on 5 acres of wooded land. Hike down the private trail to the lounge and sunset point. Roast some marsh mellows at the firepit or hang on the ninja line. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub or play games in the screened in covered porch. There is a flowing creek right beside surrounding the cabin with the sound of water. We are pet friendly! 15 min walk to Black's Point beach or 10 min drive to Goderich main beach. The space Our cabin is nestled on 5 acres of forest. Honey Haven features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, and a large screened in porch. Bedroom 1 has a single over double bunk bed. Bedroom 2 is in the loft with a king bed and a queen bed. The bathroom has a single sized shower, toilet, and sink. Our kitchen has a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, keurig, kettle, toaster, and crockpot. NOTE: there is no dishwasher. The screened in porch has a hot tub, seating area, and folding card table. Guest access Guests are welcome to all 5 acres. There are 2 firepit areas with adirondack chairs at each. A ninja line, play kitchen, and horse shoe pit are found outside. There is a public beach a 15 minute walk from Honey Haven. It is a rocky beach so packing water shoes would be a good idea. Goderich main beach is a very sandy beach. Guests are welcome to use our wagon with beach chairs and toys to bring with them to the beach. Guests have full access to the hot tub and trail. Other things to note NOTE: Our property at Honey Haven is a special place because of the look outs and creek. Because of the nature of the property, with water, forest, and a few drop offs, a liability waiver will be required which will need to include all names of guests. I would be happy to discuss any questions regarding this! Honey haven is serviced with septic tank and well water. Water is not for drinking but is good for cooking. Drinking water will be provided. You will find all linens you will need (bed, towels, pillows, blankets) please pack your own beach towels. We do provide camp fire wood. There is no dishwasher, washing machine, or dryer. We have installed a window air conditioner but it still can get warm in the loft sleeping area. We do provide fans.
