Charming Datcha in Normandy

Located a few minutes from Lake Poses and its nautical base and the Vaudreuil golf course, between Deauville, Paris and Rouen and close to the village of Pont de l'Arche with many shops, this peaceful house offers a relaxing stay with family or friends with its 2 bedrooms, its spacious and comfortable living room, its fully equipped kitchen and its magnificent south-facing garden without overlooking to enjoy the sun with deckchairs, garden table and garden furniture. The space Single-storey house with a fully enclosed garden. You can park in the private parking spaces right in front of the house where you can enjoy the first garden area. Upon entering, there is an entrance area with a closet to store your clothes, a shoe cabinet, a shower room and a separate toilet. Continuing your visit, you will discover a bright living/dining room area with an open and very well-equipped kitchen. You will find a washing machine and dryer here as well. Directly from the living room you can access the south-facing garden with garden furniture and a garden table that will allow you to have lunch in the sun or relax on the deckchairs and admire beautiful little Normandy cows that walk freely in a field opposite. :-) Leaving the living room, on the right you have 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, a desk area and a dressing room. The second bedroom has a king size bed that can be transformed into 2 single beds if needed. Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV. Baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request and at no extra charge. The bedding is new. Guest access You have access to the whole house and its beautiful garden without overlooking. Other things to note The beds are made upon arrival and bathroom linen (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 hand towel per person + 1 shower mat) and kitchen linen (1 dish towel and 1 hand towel) are provided. Cleaning is included in the rental, but you will still be asked to return this beautiful house tidy and at least clean. ;-)
