Despite regular cleaning and pest control, you may occasionally see small lizards or insects, which are common throughout Chiang Mai. • 🛏️ Open-space layout with a cozy mezzanine sleeping area (not fully enclosed) • 💻 Fast Wi-Fi and a Samsung monitor for remote work • 🍳 Kitchen equipped for light cooking • 🚿 Water heater for hot showers • 🧺 Coin-operated washing machine available on the premises • 🛒 A 7-Eleven convenience store is just 100 meters away — 1-minute walk ⚠️ Note: The mezzanine has no barrier. Please supervise children carefully — guests are responsible for their own safety and awareness of this layout. 🧹 Housekeeping policy: No daily housekeeping or restocking. Extra cleaning or linen changes can be arranged with at least 2 days’ notice (subject to availability). For stays over 7 nights, one free cleaning and linen change is included per week. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including a cozy patio at the front. There are two pathways to enter: one directly from the street (convenient for GrabFood or taxis), and one through a peaceful garden. You’re also welcome to use the shared outdoor areas, which include seating and a shaded hammock — a perfect spot to cool off or unwind. Self check-in is available via a secure lockbox for flexibility. Other things to note The house has an open-space design, and the mezzanine sleeping area is not fully enclosed — there’s no complete separation between the two sleeping spaces. 🤍👶 The mezzanine has no barrier, so please keep an eye on young children to prevent falls. We appreciate your care. 📋 Thai Immigration Registration (TM30) Thai law requires accommodation providers to report the stay of foreign guests to Immigration. To comply with this requirement, we may request some basic information after check-in, such as your full name, nationality, date of birth, gender, and passport number.
