The space The house is arranged on two levels accessible by stairs. On the first floor, there is a large living room with a sea view, where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea of Torre Vado, surrounded by large windows. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, with two bathrooms both complete with toilet and shower. The house is surrounded by a natural setting of Mediterranean scrub, with greenery that allows you to enjoy the sweet summer evenings in peace. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including outdoor green space, appliances, and parking space. Inside the house, all the comforts are fully available, such as: air conditioning, TV, sofa, mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, outdoor shower, the outdoor space provided with tables and chairs to dine and enjoy the wonderful sea view. Other things to note TOURIST TAX: The accommodation tax is not included in the total price and applies to bookings from June 15 to September 15 (06/15 - 09/15). It is collected at check-in and amounts to €1.30 per person per day up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
