Welcome to Adam's Haus! Our space is ideal for relaxing and enjoying a beautiful view with private access to the lake. We are located in a condominium, next to the Rio Bonito dam (Palmeiras). A dream come true after many years of dedication and work. It will be a great pleasure to welcome you and share this little piece of paradise in the midst of nature. On the first floor are the 4 bedrooms (with bed and bath linens), 1 full bathroom, large living room integrated with the kitchen and dining area. They have a wood-burning fireplace (we provide the wood), TV, armchair and a sofa bed. Kitchen equipped with microwave, wood stove and all utensils. Dining area integrated with the glazed balcony that allows a spectacular view of the lake. On the ground floor is the gourmet party area with barbecue (we provide all barbecue utensils), wood stove, gas stove, refrigerator and brewery. Access to the Deck. Service area with washing machine, dryer and 01 full bathroom. We provide fishing rods and a canoe. Guest access Guests have full access to all the spaces in the house as well as the property. Other things to note There are parking spaces next to the property and in the shared space of the condominium. Also to an exclusive area in the condominium to have access to the lake with jetski or boats.
