There is a great structure to serve guests with the availability of several swimming pools, sauna, wet bar, restaurant, gym, playground, game room, movie theater, gazebo, bar, toy library, pet shop, beauty salon, massage room, and a varied program offered to guests with recreational activities for adults and children (the program is posted daily in the elevator). The apartments are comfortable, new and offer all the necessary structure for your comfort. The bed and bath linens are new and well sanitized. The kitchen has basic equipment and utensils and has a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, pots, dishes, cutlery, cups and glasses. The flat has a gourmet balcony with a barbecue grill, where you can have a barbecue. On the balcony there is also space to place a hammock, if you want to rest a little (request a kit with barbecue accessories and the hammock at the reception, at the time of check-in). Room service is available, so if you're tired of the day at the beach, just order a snack or dinner in the apartment (24-hour room service options are identified on the menu with the clock icon). The resort provides apartment cleaning and a change of bed and bath linens. Room cleaning available, except for cleaning the dishes and the barbecue (for the cleaning service of the dishes and barbecue a fee is charged - check prices at the reception). Salinas Park Resort is an excellent standard development, with a great structure and a wonderful atmosphere to spend the day in the company of family or friends. Guest access The reception of Salinas Park Resort is on the ground floor. Just go to an employee at the front desk, identify yourself and present the reservation voucher. The apartment is on the 4th floor and access is via the elevator. Upon entering the apartment, you will find an informal living room, with a smart TV and sofa bed, connected to the kitchen by a large counter (ideal for your meals). The air conditioning in the living room is sufficient to cool both the living room and the kitchen. From the living room, you will have access to the balcony, equipped with a table, sink and barbecue grill. You can also put a hammock on the balcony to lie down and rest. The sofa bed in the living room can be used for sleeping if you opt for a maximum occupancy of 8 people. It is not as comfortable as a real bed, but if you don't mind, you can sleep without major problems, and if you like, you can still watch TV. The kitchen is equipped with the basics. You will find the following utensils and appliances: two-burner electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, pots, plates, cutlery (fork, spoon and table knife, large plastic spoon), multipurpose opener (corkscrew for wine and bottle opener), glasses and cups. Unfortunately, other kitchen utensils, appliances, and amenities are unavailable. As a matter of standard and rule imposed on condominium members/shareholders, no changes are allowed in the apartment, whether in the decoration or in the inclusion of furniture and/or appliances. The suite is spacious and cozy. There is a queen size bed and very comfortable pillows. The air conditioning works very well, there is a blackout curtain, new bedding and a wardrobe with hangers to organize your things. The en-suite bathroom is functional, new and towels are available. You can regulate the temperature of the shower water and take a warm shower. In the second bedroom there are two very comfortable single beds and two extra beds. Pillows and bed linens are available. The air-conditioning works very well, has a blackout curtain and a wardrobe with hangers to organize your belongings. The social bathroom is functional, new and with towels available. Shower also with hot water. Minors are required to present their ID or birth certificate (even if present with their parents) and if they are not accompanied by their parents, their authorization with a notarized signature and a copy of the ID or driver's license is mandatory. LACK OF DOCUMENTATION BY THE GUEST OR ANY COMPANION, INCLUDING CHILDREN, PREVENTS ACCESS TO THE RESORT. Keep an eye on the schedule of the day at the Resort (schedule posted in the elevator). Request, right at check-in, the barbecue kit and the hammock (in high season, demand is high). All outlets are 220 v. Be very careful with the use of some utensils you want to take such as a hair dryer, flat iron, sandwich maker, coffee maker, mixer, blender, etc. These are items that the Resort does not provide, and if you want to bring and use them, check the voltage. The restaurant has standard hotel prices, so it's a little high. There are individual a la carte dishes that serve two people and also the buffet with a price per person. The burgers are a good option, all come with fries, the price is affordable and they are delicious. Pizza is also a good option. Breakfast is not included in the daily rate. But the hotel restaurant offers breakfast (price charged per person - check price at reception). There is also the possibility of ordering breakfast in the room (this option has a single price and is well served). You also have the option to bring your groceries to prepare your breakfast in the apartment's kitchen. The resort offers full room service with 24-hour options in the menu, 24-hour options are identified with the clock icon). A few minutes from the Resort (by car), in downtown Salinópolis, there are supermarkets, where you can buy some amenities, snacks and stock the refrigerator. At Orla do Maçarico, there are many options of restaurants and snack bars with more affordable prices. Bed linen is available for both the bedrooms and the sofa bed, depending on the number of guests. You can also request an extra towel to use in the pool (reception). It is not the responsibility of the maids to wash the kitchen utensils (dishes) or clean the barbecue when used. If the guest uses the dishes and barbecue and does not wish to clean them, just inform the Resort staff and they will inform you about the fees charged for this type of service. The Resort does not provide material for cleaning the dishes. The dishwashing fee will only be charged if you request it or fail to clean the dishes. Therefore, if you choose to do the dishes, you will need to bring materials such as: sponge, detergent/soap, dishcloth. Pets (small dogs up to 10 kg) will be allowed on the premises of the Pet Care, daily rates specified by the service provider Salinas Pet service provider (third-party service). For other types of pets, the guest should contact Salinas Pet directly to check if there is a possibility. If the guest chooses to take their pet to the apartment, the following rules and conditions apply: • We only accept small dogs (up to 10 kg) in the apartment. We do not accept cats or other types of animals in the apartment. • A cleaning fee will be charged for up to 2 (two) pets (dogs) for the period of the stay, with the right to 1 (one) bath for 1 (one) of the pets (single fee, regardless of the number of nights). Bath voucher will be delivered at check-in.
