Come & share our 2022 custom built home, that has been divided into 2 separate living quarters, giving guests complete privacy & serenity. 2 bedrooms, each with double beds & 1 sofa bed, kitchenette, separate shower room, toilet, luxurious soaking bath tub & expansive deck overlooking the beautiful Tamar River. Spend your days watching the sensational sun & moon rises, wander the 2½ acre grounds, visit the various local boutique vineyards, check out the nearby bush walks, or just relax. The space Hearts Haven is a 2½ acre property overlooking the tranquil Tamar River, which has various short stay tiny accommodation nestled amongst the grounds. Vintage caravans, a bus, a workers 'donger' and now the homestead are all available to rent for your short term stay, or bring your tribe and rent several units out and enjoy the evenings with friends around a campfire and your days visiting nearby vineyards or hiking trails. Your host, Liza has created Hearts Haven, a space to rest, relax and unwind and to leave rejuvenated and inspired. Liza lives and works on the property. She is a personal trainer, fitness, yoga, pilates, reiki master and life coach and is available for personal private bookings during your stay (depending on availability). The custom built, stylish Homestead was completed in 2022 and it's clever design ensures complete privacy for both the owner and guests, each having a northern or southern wing. The Homestead northern wing is approximately 50m² and is dedicated entirely for Airbnb guests and includes a spacious, separate main suite with a luxurious free standing bath tub, an additional bedroom, separate toilet and walk-in shower/bathroom, all solely for guests use. Both bedrooms have their own personal air conditioning/heating (heat pumps) to ensure guests are comfortable whatever the temperature is outside. Relax inside or on the expansive decks to watch the sun and moon rises. Many guests travel solo, and our fee reflects that, acknowledging that as a solo traveller you may use less resources. Please select the correct number of guests staying to ensure your accommodation needs are met. If separate beds are required please inform your host prior to arrival. A small wine list is available if the need arises. Please note that an external stairway with approximately 8 stairs is used to access your accommodation, although an alternative 'no stair' entry is available via a bathroom door if necessary. The property grounds are still being developed and are a work in progress. Guest access The entire northern wing is available for guests to use. No one else uses this area. Parking is located nearby for ease and convenience. During your stay Your host, Liza, lives and works on the property and will say hi and have as little or as much interaction as you desire. Other things to note Hearts Haven is a safe place to rest, relax and enjoy a simplistic and rustic way of living. We have various mobile, tiny living accommodation on site and other guests may be on the property during your stay, including the owners free ranging chickens and her Maltese shih Tzu dog, Charlie. We encourage community at the same value your privacy. Grab food prior to your arrival as there is no local shops in Deviot. The nearest Woolworths supermarket is in Legana (20 mins away) or local IGA's are at Exeter and Beaconsfield (10 mins away). The communal cookhouse and outside hot/cold water shower is available for Homestead guests to utilise if desired. Registration number Exempt: This listing falls under the 'home sharing' exemption
