3 bedroom house in a quiet estate with green area and secure rear garden. Close to all amenities in Ballycotton and with easy access to local beaches. A great gateway to explore all that East Cork has to offer, wonderful beaches, Fota House and Wildlife Park, Midleton Distillery (home of Jameson whiskey), the historic town of Youghal with its lovely boardwalk and for those more energetic the recently opened Midleton Greenway and the existing Waterford Greenway from Dungarvan (40 mins drive). The space Silver Strand stands at the entrance to Ballycotton village. The property consists of a large living room, which provides access to to back garden and views across the green area. Here you will also find a selection of children's games and books. Kitchen/Dining room contains the usual kitchen equipment and utility contains a washing machine and microwave, as well as downstairs WC. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite. Then there is a 2nd double and a single room. There is also a family bathroom upstairs. On fine days you have access to a small but private, paved garden. There is ample off-street parking with the property. Ballycotton village is on your doorstep whilst the harbour and start of cliff walk are a short 10-minute walk away. The harbour is a must to visit, where you can haggle for fresh fish if you get your timings right and meet the fisherman coming back in! If you miss the fish, why not try out one of the good eateries, such as Sea Church, The Schooner or The Blackbird and the newly opened Salty Dog, located at the end of the village with views of the Pier. Other things to note There is currently no shop in the village for groceries. The nearest major supermarkets are in Midleton (20 mins) and there is a wonderful small shop at Broderick's Garage in Shanagarry (under 5mins in the car).
