Andresy train station is 1.6km away, direct to Paris St Lazare in 30min and a supermarket 2km away. Private parking. Take advantage of a weekend or stay to disconnect and do activities in a quiet and relaxing setting. The space Spacious house of 145m2 facing south with a living-dining room on the ground floor with a large oak table for sharing meals in a friendly atmosphere. Two large, non-convertible sofas will welcome you for chatting, reading, or playing board games. Wi-Fi and a television will allow you to relax in front of your favorite series (Netflix, Disney+, Canal+). The kitchen open to this large living space is fully equipped and will allow you to prepare tasty meals: fridge-freezer, induction hob, hood, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, French press coffee maker, kettle, crockery... . Direct access to the 30m2 terrace with fenced garden offers great light and a magnificent view of Montmarte and the Eiffel Tower from upstairs. On the 1st floor, you can sleep peacefully in 4 double bedrooms including 1 master suite with its bathroom and dressing room. Each room has the capacity to accommodate a baby under 36 months. We can also lend you childcare equipment to make your stay easier: baby bed, bathtub, booster seat, deckchair, bottle warmer, stroller, pee potty, books and toys. The house has 3 toilets and two bathrooms: one with a corner bathtub and the second with a large Italian shower. Come and relax in the heart of Yvelines and enjoy the forest a few minutes' walk away, the Ouches park for children (750m), the Cergy Pontoise leisure center (16min by car).... The town center with its small shops is 10 minutes (750m) away on foot and a supermarket is also less than 1km away. Drop off your bags and relax! Guest access By car: you can park several cars in front of the house, the property being fenced and closed by a gate. By transport: Chanteloup les vignes station is 1.9 km away and Andresy is 1.6 km from the accommodation. Both are served by the TER Line J which goes directly to Paris St Lazare in 30 and 35 minutes. Other things to note As this house has no ground-floor bedrooms and a staircase, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Parties and noisy gatherings are not permitted. Childcare equipment (stroller, bathtub, bouncer, potty, etc.) is available in the house.
