Embark on Mori Ora for 2 nights in the heart of the majestic wild bay of Opunohu and a sailing discovery outing. The space Whale excursions run from July 20 to November 20. Outside of these dates, the excursion is replaced by an ocean navigation discovery excursion. See below for more information. The price of the excursion is added to the cleaning fee. Whale watching excursion: daily. Sailing discovery excursion: every day except Monday. Combo offer: 2 nights, breakfasts included & 1 whale excursion. Embark around 6 p.m. for two unforgettable nights in the heart of Opunohu Bay on the Mori Ora sailboat. Sleep in the heart of the majestic wild bay of Opunohu, under a sumptuous starry sky. Choice: captain's cabin or sailor's cabin (descriptions below). Included in the price, a whale watching excursion (July 20 - November 20) or a sailing discovery excursion (the rest of the year). - Humpback whale watching excursion (July 20 - November 20 - government authorization): come and experience a unique moment of whale watching (humpback whales) and if conditions allow us to observe them in their natural environment. A gentle and respectful approach with experienced guides and captains. The boat is a 24-foot semi-rigid. The duration is 3-4 hours depending on weather conditions and animals. - Sailing discovery excursion (November 21 - July 19): you can discover sailing on a habitable monohull sailboat in the Pacific Ocean. You can either take part in the sailing with your captain Julien-Pierre, or enjoy the trip and the stunning views of Moorea Island from the ocean. With luck, nature will offer us the encounter of marine animals (birds, dolphins, whales, etc.). The duration is 3-4 hours (3 p.m. – sunset). Disembarkation will be around 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. The Space: The Mori Ora sailboat is equipped with 2 cabins open for booking: - the captain's cabin: this is the most spacious and airy cabin, located at the front point. You can sleep under the stars thanks to its large ceiling porthole; - the sailors' cabin: this is the cabin located at the rear starboard. It will offer you a complete immersion into the life of a sailor. You are on the booking page for the front cabin, the captain's cabin. You can book the captains' cabin by going to the "Sailors' cabin - whale excursion - Mori Ora" page. You will therefore share the sailboat with possible guests of the sailors' cabin as well as us, Doris and JP, friendly owners of the boat. This cabin is equipped with sheets, shower towels and a fan. The sailboat is equipped with a refrigerator in which you will always have a place for your groceries. Breakfast is included in the rate. For dinner, you can either eat at the Tamahau Opunohu marina snack bar, bring a takeaway meal, or bring something to cook. You have access to the kitchen (2 gas burners) and we can provide you with salt, pepper, butter, oil, garlic and some spices. You will have a dinghy or kayaks available to go to the mainland. The cabin, sink and toilet are private. Electricity and fresh water are limited on the boat. Ability to charge cell phones (USB socket). Laptop or camera battery charging will be possible depending on sunshine. Ability to rinse quickly on the deck. For longer showers, showers at the marina are available. The water is temperate for both options. Upon arrival in Moorea, we will give you the exact address where to meet us in order to take you to the boat in the appendix. Possibility to accommodate a group of 6 people. Possibility to privatize the boat. Please let us know if you have any other special requests.
