In addition to air conditioning (also with heating), all windows are fitted with double glazing and shutters. The nearest beach is about 30 minutes away by car, the most beautiful (nudist) beach about 35 minutes away by car. The kitchen is equipped with both a fridge/freezer and a separate freezer, ideal for fishermen! The space You enter a kitchen of about 10 m2 with a dining area of about 7.5 m2 attached to it. Through a hallway, you pass the small bedroom (6.5 m2 with a bunk bed and wardrobe) and the bathroom (3.6 m2 with walk-in shower, toilet and bathroom furniture). The hallway eventually takes you to the living room of 11.5 m2 (with a small balcony, where laundry can also be hung). The door to the large bedroom (12.5 m2) is located in the living room. Guest access The entire apartment is for private use. Access is via a private door from a hallway located behind the front door (on the street). A key safe is located at the front door, and about a day before arrival, you will receive a message from us with the pin code and other instructions to enter and exit your stay. Other things to note The apartment is professionally cleaned after each stay - you pay a one-time fee for this, regardless of the number of nights you stay.
