The studio also offers great accessibility to commercial/tourist areas such as the Eiffel Tower (5min by foot), Champ de Mars, La Motte-Picquet and Trocadero. The space The studio is on the ground floor, facing inner garden (very safe and quiet). There's a guardian office in front of the building. During summer, portable air conditioner can be equipped upon request, with 15€ additional service fees. Guest access You have access to the entire studio,.
