Centrally located: 10 minutes Amersfoort, 45 minutes Amsterdam, 30 minutes Ùtrecht, Rotterdam 1 hour. Relax with the whole family in our lovely house located on a protected nature reserve. During the day you hear the birds singing and at night you hear the owls. Young children can play safely in the playground opposite our house while you drink a cup of coffee. In the garden we have a small vegetable garden. If you see something that is ready, you can harvest it. The space The house has three floors. On the first floor you will find the cosy living room with dining area and a kitchen with everything you need to make a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner. From this floor you can enter the sunny garden with a dining space, vegetable garden and a terras. On the second floor you find a bathroom and three sleeping rooms. Two rooms with a double bed and one with a single bed. It is possible to ask in advance for an extra bed. (cost is 10 euro per day). In the attic you can use the washing machine and dryer and the space to dry your laundry In two rooms there is availability for television. The house has wifi. My house is in a child-friendly neighborhood with nice neighbors. We have a good relationship and of course I would like to keep it that way. There is a young family on both sides. They don't bother you at all, but I do take into account loud noise in the garden and in the house in the evening. I think it is important to indicate in advance that it is not the intention to throw parties in my house or play loud music in the house or in the garden. Using drugs is forbidden.
