Situated in a 200 acre paddock on the outskirts of town enjoy the uninterrupted views and picturesque night sky. A Tiny Bit Dusty is fully off-grid and self-contained. The perfect tiny farm-stay for your weekend getaway! The space Built in 2024 this new Tiny House has all the luxuries you would expect from a fancy hotel only you get to experience it all alone in the great outdoors of the Great Southern Region of WA. Based on a working farm you will be sitting amongst 200 acres of crop. 2025 is the year of Canola with August and September being the best time to see the full bloom! 🌼🌼 Being fully self-contained, A Tiny Bit Dusty is fully solar powered and supplied by tank water. Please keep this in mind during your stay! Enjoy the quietness of the wide-open space, take a walk or sit and read the day away. Located 9km from Katanning townsite, enjoy the many coffee shops for breaky or brunch and enjoy a delicious meal at night at one of the local pubs or The Premier Mill Hotel/Cordial Bar. Please note we are currently in the prohibited burning period of the year (October - April). As such our outdoor firepit is not available over this time and the indoor fire has been shut down for summer. Guest access Feel free to enjoy the space on which the Tiny House sits or take a walk on the property. Please note if you have to climb a fence you are no longer on our land. Other things to note Phone Service - A Tiny Bit Dusty has minimal phone reception, and as such some users may experience limited mobile coverage. Composting Toilet - Please follow the guide provided for use of the composting toilet. Please do not put any wipes or sanitary products into the toilet.
