Cozy family house in the heart of picturesque Semur that offers magnificent sunsets over the woods (without overlooking). My two cats will be at home. Miel and Couscous. They are easily recognizable, Miel has no tail and Couscous is very wild. There will be kibble by the bay window and a bowl of water to fill. Pets are allowed provided they stay on the ground floor, and the garden is clean after your visit. THE HOUSE // The house is colorful and very pleasant to stay in. On the ground floor, the entrance is to a chill out area and library. You have access to all the books, please take great care of them. You will find books and albums for young people, comics, novels and many art books. Suitcases with board games and wooden boxes with legos. From the entrance you have access to // In the vestibule with a large closet to store your shoes and coat racks. In the living room area, with a sofa, armchairs, a desk. Upstairs, opposite the staircase, the master bedroom with a balcony, dressing room, private shower room, with toilet And a queen bed! In the hallway, on your left a bedroom with balcony overlooking the street, sofa, desk, double bed. Opposite, large bedroom with balcony overlooking the garden, equipped with a comfortable double Bz bed, a desk area. In this room there are musical instruments, please take great care of them. At the end of the hallway on the right, the last bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, from the window you can see one of the towers of the city. This room has a screen with a DVD player. At the end of the hallway on the left is the shower room with toilet. The kitchen is next to the living room area. It is very nice and spacious. The bay window overlooks the terrace and garden with a magnificent view of the forest (you can open both doors, it is very pleasant to open up to nature). It is well equipped, electric oven, 5 gas burners, hood, refrigerator with a freezer part 3 drawers, dishwasher. Quality kitchen machines. There's no microwave I leave access to spices, oils... Please renew the stocks, here we eat organic! We also compost, the enamelled salad bowl in the kitchen serves as a receptacle, the place to empty it is at the end of the tree space on the terrace, in the garden below. All you have to do is empty the pot! For waste sorting, it is under the sink. Cardboard and paper as well as glass will be emptied into the spaces provided for this purpose (in continuity with Rue de Vigne, you will find recycling bins) for the rest the bins under the sink are to be emptied into the yellow bin that is along the house and is to be taken out on Wednesday evenings. ABOVE ALL, NEVER put vinegar or lemon on the beautiful Burgundy stone. You can wash it with water or black soap. The terrace overlooks the trees, the view is superb, you can feast on the magnificent sunsets. There is a space under the arbor for meals, it is a very nice place, especially in the evening. Under the terrace, access to the garden with a Ping Pong table and a space with table and chairs. PARKING // You will have two places to park your cars, one in front of the house (to the left of the front door, in front of the small terrace. Be careful not to go too far on the latter, you could leave your bumper there, the street being sloping. The path along the house must be freely accessible as well as the access to the right of the house, so that the neighbor can get out. The second place is along the building on your right when you are facing the house. It's even better if you only have one vehicle to use this location. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE // Check-in is on the day of booking from 3 p.m.: you will find the keys in the small red suitcase on the front of the house, inside is the key box, the code will be communicated to you later. On the kitchen table you will find the instructions. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. maximum. The accommodation is non-smoking. TOILET TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Linens are provided and beds are prepared. If necessary, there are spare sheets in the music room closet. Housekeeping is not included in the reservation but a minimum is required. We take care of stripping the beds. You will need to empty the garbage cans, empty the dishwasher... The garbage cans are to be taken out on Wednesday evening, in front of the house.
