Other things to note This apartment is a large 1 bedroom converted into a 2 bedroom (in NY language it's 1 bedroom + flex apt). The room you is the main bedroom. I live in the flex bedroom STRICTLY NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS ALLOWED. Apologies for the caps but wanted to make sure you read this. There is a $100 fee for a lost key. This is something that building charges me because they use a high security lock in each apartment
