House with lake view in the middle of the mountains

A beautiful sunset over the lake of the estate awaits you. At 750 m. altitude, come and enjoy pleasant air in the summer and many walks, you can swim in the village lake a 5-min walk away. In winter, snow is invited, offering magical landscapes. Perfect location to visit Occitania and its treasures. The space Not overlooked, in the middle of cedars, fir trees, meadows... You will access the estate by crossing the Arnette River through our wooden bridge. The horses present will welcome you. The terrace is being developed. The accommodation is not suitable for children under 12 for safety reasons. The gite is located on our estate hosting the agricultural activity of cultivating aromatic and medicinal plants of my partner. Our home is located in the same building. (separate entrance, separate terrace) The cottage with an area of 90 m2 is a duplex, the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. We access the ground floor of the accommodation by an external staircase overlooking the veranda and kitchen by following. Amazing bird 's-eye view of the lake of the estate (no swimming) It consists of 2 bedrooms with 160 cm bedding and dressing rooms, living room, dining room with wood stove (wood provided in cold season), en-suite bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, stovetop, toaster, coffee maker, kettle. Supply of linens and towels. There's a desk area on the mezzanine. A private terrace is at your disposal, with table and deckchairs, barbecue and brazier (wood and charcoal provided) You have private parking. For your safety, access to the lake and swimming are not allowed. There is no TV to make the most of the disconnection of the place. Wifi is nevertheless available, Bouygues and SFR's 4G packages are going very well, Orange and Free are weaker. A 5-minute walk away you can enjoy a beautiful setting for your swimming with views of the peak of Nore at Lake Birotos. A refreshment bar, a small municipal campsite, a tennis court, a hall welcoming entertainment (loft, lake party in early August...) are around the lake. The village has a restaurant, "Le petit pradellois" 15 minutes walk. The first food shops are in Villeneuve Minervois (20 min by car) or Mazamet (20 min also). Places to see on Pradelles: Ballade des Glacières Climb to the Pic de Nore, the highest point of the Montagne Noire (1111 m) access by GR 36 (on the edge of the estate) Take your mountain bikes, the local trails are the delight of young and old.
