House with lake view in the middle of the mountains

"The Mésange & the Cedars" Come and recharge your batteries in this bright and serene space. Open to nature, this cottage is conducive to calm and disconnection from everyday life. A beautiful sunset over the lake of the estate awaits you. At 750 m. altitude, come and enjoy pleasant air in the summer and many walks, you can swim in the village lake a 5-min walk away. In winter, snow is invited, offering magical landscapes. Perfect location to visit Occitania and its treasures. The space Not overlooked, surrounded by cedars, firs, meadows... You will access the estate by crossing the Arnette River thanks to our wooden bridge. The horses present will welcome you. The terrace is in the works. The cottage is located on our estate hosting the agricultural activity of growing aromatic and medicinal plants by my partner. Our accommodation is located in the same building. (separate entrance, separate terrace) The 90 m2 cottage is a duplex, the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. The ground floor of the accommodation is accessed by an external staircase overlooking the veranda and the kitchen below. Stunning views overlooking the lake of the estate (swimming prohibited) It consists of 2 bedrooms with 160 cm bedding and dressing rooms, a living room, a dining room with a wood stove (wood provided in cold season), a private bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, stove, toaster, coffee maker, kettle. Linens and towels are provided. A desk area is present on the mezzanine. A private and secure terrace is at your disposal, with table and deckchairs, garden furniture and BBQ. You have private parking. For your safety and the safety of the youngest occupants, lake access and swimming are not permitted. There is no TV, to make the most of the disconnection from the place. Wi-Fi is nevertheless available, Bouygues and SFR 4G packages work very well, Orange and Free are weaker. A 5-minute walk away you can enjoy a beautiful setting for your swims with views of the Pic de Nore at Lake Birotos. A refreshment stand, a small municipal campsite, a tennis court, a hall hosting entertainment (flea market, lake festival at the beginning of August...) are located around the lake. The village has a restaurant, "Le petit pradellois" a 15-minute walk away. The nearest food shops are in Villeneuve Minervois (20-min drive) or Mazamet (20-min drive). Places to see in Pradelles: Glacières Walk Climb to Pic de Nore, the highest point of the Montagne Noire (1,211 m) access via GR 36 (on the edge of the estate) Take your mountain bikes, the local trails are enjoyed by young and old.
