Sasa, Davao City. Just an 8-minute drive from the airport, 15 minutes from major shopping malls, and a mere 2-minute walk to Sasa Wharf, offering easy access to the Island Garden City of Samal. Furnished with all the fundamental comforts of a traditional Filipino residence, this unit provides comfortable accommodation for 6 to 7 guests. Guest access As our guest, you'll have full access to all the fantastic amenities our condo offers. Dive into relaxation at the pool, let the kids explore and have fun at the playground, and enjoy all the other exclusive facilities available to tenants. Inside the condo, feel free to use everything provided for your comfort and convenience. From the fully-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, make yourself at home. We simply ask that you treat our space with the same care and respect you would your own. Other things to note Please note that the photos provided are unfiltered and accurately depict the unit as it is. We have intentionally kept the decor minimal, focusing on essential furniture for a comfortable stay. Due to having toddlers, we have avoided decorative items like vases to ensure safety. 𝗕𝗘𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚, 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚. 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗘𝗘 𝗜𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘. If you leave the unit messy, with leftover food, unwashed dishes, or any damages such as stains on bedding and towels, additional charges will apply. 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗚𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗦 𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 (𝗜𝗗) 𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗕𝗘 𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗗 at least one day prior to their scheduled arrival date. This requirement is mandatory as per the Condominium Property Management regulations. The purpose of this request is to streamline and secure entry procedures at the main gate, where guests will need to present the owner's authorization to the security personnel. Rest assured, your personal information will be treated with the utmost care and confidentiality. 𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗟𝗬 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞-𝗜𝗡 𝗢𝗥 𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞-𝗢𝗨𝗧. While we strive to accommodate all requests, please note that early check-in or late check-out may not be possible if the room is currently occupied or scheduled for check-in. This policy is in place to ensure the comfort and privacy of our guests. However, if the room is available before your scheduled check-in time or after your check-out time, we are happy to arrange early check-in or late check-out. 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗦. Guests are welcome on the premises until 9 PM. Should any visitors stay beyond this time, they will be treated as check-in guests and will be subject to appropriate charges. Please notify the host in advance if you are expecting visitors, and all visitors must provide their IDs for host approval before entering. 𝗦𝗪𝗜𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗢𝗢𝗟 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘. However, guests can still utilize and enjoy it for a minimal fee of ₱100 per person, with children aged 3 years and below using it for free. 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩: Kindly be aware that the swimming pool might undergo temporary closure without advance notice due to scheduled routine cleaning by the property management to maintain water quality. However, rest assured that at least one swimming pool will be available at all times to cater to guests who wish to utilize this amenity. 𝗖𝗔𝗥 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘, Paid parking is offered at a rate of Php200.00 per day. The security guard in the tower lobby will be happy to assist you, and you can trust him to handle the processing of your parking fee payment. 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁 (Required Reservation with minimal charge (Day:₱150/hr & Night:₱250/hr) 𝗔𝗜𝗥-𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚.Kindly be aware that only the two bedrooms in the condo are furnished with air conditioning units. Regrettably, according to regulations established by the condo management, installing an air conditioner in the living room is not allowed. However, if you feel the living room is too warm, we recommend opening the door of the master bedroom to allow the cool air to flow into the living area. Portable fans are also provided for more convenience. * * * * * * * * * * * * Strict implementation for the following below as violators may face additional charges if caught. - Absolutely 𝗡𝗢 𝗦𝗠𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 is permitted. The smoke detector is highly sensitive and may trigger its alarm and water sprinkler system. - Strictly 𝗡𝗢 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗠𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗙𝗢𝗢𝗗 inside the unit. Lingering odors may be challenging to promptly remove, causing inconvenience to the next guest. - 𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗦, 𝗧𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗦, 𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗬 𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗦 𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗬 𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 visible from the exterior of the building is strictly prohibited. This regulation is in place to maintain the building's aesthetic integrity. Violators will be fined by the Building Management. A hanging rack is provided for your convenience. We've got you covered!
